Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm and optionally provide a reason for cancellation. Cancellation takes effect the same day upon confirmation. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. No renewal reminders are required or sent for our month-to-month subscription plans.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund of all subscription payments at any time, provided you return all physical merchandise (NFC feedback cards and accessories) shipped to you in connection with your subscription.

To request a refund and cancellation:

Log in to your dashboard and initiate the cancellation process.
Confirm the cancellation in the popup (reason optional).
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return all items in original condition (unused and undamaged, if possible) using the label.
Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds are not available if: You do not return all physical merchandise shipped to you. Items are returned damaged beyond normal wear or missing components. You fail to follow our return instructions.

Physical Products & Returns

The physical NFC feedback cards and accessories are shipped at no additional cost with your subscription. Returns are required for any refund request. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. We do not accept returns for partial sets of merchandise or items damaged due to misuse. If merchandise arrives defective or damaged from shipping, contact support@businessreputation.org within 14 days of receipt for replacement (no return required for defects).

No Partial Returns

Partial returns (e.g., only some cards) do not qualify for a refund or cancellation. All items from your order must be returned.
