Business Partner VIP Services LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) ships physical NFC feedback cards and related accessories as part of your Business RMS 4.0 subscription. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains our practices for shipping, returns, and handling defective or damaged items.

Shipping

We ship physical products (NFC feedback cards and accessories) to the address you provide during signup or account update. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. We use reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) and aim to ship within 3–7 business days after your initial subscription payment clears. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5–10 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (for non-U.S. addresses, if applicable). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns for Refund or Cancellation

You may request a 100% refund of all subscription payments at any time by returning all physical merchandise (NFC feedback cards and accessories) shipped to you. To start the process:

  1. Log in to your dashboard and initiate cancellation, or email support@businessreputation.org with “Return & Refund Request” in the subject line.
  2. Include your account email, order number (if available), and shipping address.
  3. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Return all items in original condition (unused and undamaged, if possible) using the provided label.
  5. Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will cancel your subscription immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds are not available if: You do not return all physical merchandise shipped to you. Items are returned damaged beyond normal wear or missing components. You fail to follow our return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your physical products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@businessreputation.org. Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund (at our discretion) after verification. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items caused by misuse.

No Partial Returns

Partial returns (e.g., only some cards) do not qualify for a refund or cancellation. All items from your order must be returned.
