Signing Up:
After you decide to sign up for Business RMS 4.0, the process is streamlined and user-friendly:
- Registration: Visit the Business RMS 4.0 website and complete the registration form, entering essential business information such as business name, contact details, and business preferences.
- Confirmation Email: Upon successful registration, you’ll receive an email containing your login credentials (username and password) to access your personalized dashboard.
- Login to Dashboard: Using the credentials provided, you log into the system through the website. This dashboard is where you’ll manage everything from employee feedback to business reviews.
2. Setting Up Employees:
Once logged in, setting up your employees is a quick process:
- Employee Setup: Navigate to the “Employee Tab” on your dashboard. Here, you will enter the first name, last name, and email address of each employee who interacts directly with customers.
- NFC Feedback Cards: After entering the employee details, NFC Feedback Cards are ordered automatically, which will be sent to your business. These cards are specific to employees who interact with customers and will be used to collect feedback. Each employee will receive a card that they present to customers at the end of their interaction.
- Time-Saving: Adding an employee to the system takes only 10 seconds per employee, making it fast and efficient to implement the system, even for businesses with many staff members.
3. Dashboard Overview:
Now that your employees are set up, let’s go over the main features of the dashboard, which is designed to be simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate:
- Employee Tab:
This is your central hub for monitoring feedback. It displays all employees who have been assigned an NFC Feedback card and interact with customers. When you click on an employee’s name, the system shows:- The employee’s overall feedback rating based on customer feedback.
- The business rating, which is for the customer to give feedback about the business itself (cleanliness, parking, lighting, product quality, etc.), separate from the employee’s performance.
- Download and Export Feedback: There’s an option to download and export all feedback received from customer interactions for each employee. This feature is valuable for several reasons:
- Legal Protection: If an employee falsely claims they were fired for an untrue reason, the business owner can use the exported feedback to provide official proof of the employee’s performance, protecting the business legally.
- Employee Meetings: Business owners or managers can print out employee feedback and use it during meetings to discuss performance, recognize top performers, and motivate employees.
- Contests and Incentives: The feedback can be used to run contests where employees with the most positive feedback can win bonuses, encouraging them to provide even better service consistently.
- Print QR Code Tab:
This feature allows you to download and print a Hi-Res PNG file of a QR Code that links directly to the feedback form. You can use this QR Code on:- Customer invoices
- Receipts
- Flyers and printed materials Adding this extra layer of feedback collection encourages more customers to leave reviews and helps you capture feedback from those who may not have been able to tap an NFC card. The more feedback you collect, the better you can monitor employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- My Account Tab:
Here, you can manage your account details and access a link to your feedback form:- You can copy and paste this feedback form link into emails or newsletters to send to your customer base.
- This feature is valuable for generating a large volume of feedback quickly, improving your search rankings and increasing visibility without having to spend money on search engine ads. Essentially, it’s free advertising that pushes your business to the top of search results based on customer engagement.
- Order Additional NFC Cards Free Tab:
As your business grows, you may need more NFC Feedback Cards for new employees or to replace lost or damaged cards. This feature allows you to order additional or replacement cards with just one click, ensuring your team is always equipped to collect feedback. - Grant Employee Access to Their Feedback Tab:
As the business owner, you have control over whether employees can see their feedback. This option allows you to:- Grant employees limited access to view only their personal feedback, motivating them to improve their performance.
- If granted, employees will receive an email with login credentials, allowing them to access the dashboard and view their individual ratings without seeing other employees’ feedback.
- Send All Reviews to Google Tab:
If you select this option, both positive and negative reviews will be automatically posted to your Google Business profile. This is useful if you prefer complete transparency with your reviews and want to showcase all feedback publicly. - Only Send 4 or 5-Star Reviews to Google Tab:
Many business owners prefer to send only positive feedback (4- and 5-star reviews) to Google. This feature allows you to control what gets posted publicly. Negative reviews are held back, giving you the opportunity to:- Privately address issues with the customer and fix any problems before they go public.
- Once the issue is resolved, you may encourage the customer to revise their feedback, protecting your business reputation.
- Google Account (Login) Tab:

- The form also includes two sections: one for rating the employee’s performance and another for rating the business itself, often leading to Google reviews.
- QR Code Option: If a customer’s phone does not support NFC, the employee can flip the card over to reveal a QR code. The customer can scan the QR code with their phone to access the same feedback form.
